Once we have dealt with your backlog of documents you have a choice of how you wish to deal with the new documents coming in to your office.

Either; we can collect these on a batch basis with whatever frequency is convenient and economical to you. We then scan and return them for you as above.

Alternatively; we can install the appropriate hardware and software in your office to enable you to scan and index all new documents as they arrive.

We can also convert your microfilms, microfiche, aperture cards and optical discs to the micro formats.
